Firefighter Support Group

This is a closed-group for firefighters, only. It is not open to the public (no walk-ins please) and I require that you make an individual appointment and meet with me before participating in any group. Group work is not appropriate for everyone; it is important that we determine the appropriate level of care for you, together.

Retired Law Enforcement Group

The day you've waited for is here and you get to take your uniform off for the last time. Days, months or years later you realize that retirement isn't even close to what you've been waiting for, and you don't know what in the world to do with all the thoughts and emotions that seem to have popped up from nowhere. Leaking eyes, anxiety attacks, sleepless nights, a newfound appreciation for (or dependence on) the effects of alcohol and the list goes on. This one's for you. Again, you're not as alone as the voice in your head wants you to believe.
