Insurance & Billing

We currently work with the following Insurers and are in the process of adding more:
 

  • Hometown Health

  • CDS

  • Prominence

  • Tricare (all plans)

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (several different plans)

  • ComPsych EAP (Preferred Provider for First Responders)

 If we are not contracted with your insurance provider,  services may still be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions and be sure to inquire about out of network benefits:
 

  • Do I have mental health or substance abuse insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?


Reduced Fee
Reduced fee and cash pay services are available on a limited basis; we can discuss this during your first appointment if need be.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cost of the session at the time of your next appointment. We cannot bill insurance for appointments that are not kept, so the payment will be out of pocket.
